The Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Offsite Lead who is able to direct and lead a team of outreach and link coordinators. The Offsite Lead will be expected to own and update the current SOPs and procedures so that a more streamlined process can be followed. The goal will be to increase the current monthly link velocity that GainChanger provides with the current resources.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Outreach Team to ensure that as many domains are being collected and filtered through metrics,
Manage the Link Coordinators to ensure that our clients receive the best service in a timely manner,
Make sure that client relations flourish through consistency and value that is provided,
Use Notion to its utmost, suggest changes to our internal link building databases and once approved, implement them so that we will increase our efficiency.
Assist the Outreach Team and Link Coordinators when required due to the expected monthly changes in link volumes.

Provide short-notice solutions that will turnaround tough situations,
Track the monthly departmental finances such as Costs and Revenue and departmental gross profit (these are auto calculated, but you need to make sure that the Notion connections are done properly by the team).
Reporting to the Head of Operations on project statuses, maintaining consistent communication,
Communicate daily with the SEO team to make sure that client metrics generated through audits or client agreements are being followed,
Receive and process link orders from the SEO team.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Outreach and Link Building execution,
Managed a link building team, changed and updated team processes in the past,
Capable to single handedly coordinate 50 manual outreach links in 1 month (no link submissions, supplier-based links or niche edits),
Experience in a marketing agency is considered as advantageous,
Experience with Notion Databases
Great handling of Excel and Google Sheets
- Generating formulas (V-Look Up, X-look Up, concatenation, etc.)
