Operations Executive

Key Responsabilites

  • Assist in processing new hires, terminations, and promotions of existing employees
  • Filter and review candidates for first interview.
  • Perform monthly payments of employees and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support for all internal departments
  • Manage office upkeep
  • Generation of Monthly reports
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Assist in data processing required by the Operations Manager

Skills Requierments

  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Sharp administrative and accounting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
